Conversations on our platform are measured in 24-hour increments, also known as “sessions.” Each session begins when the first message is delivered, regardless of whether it is from a user or a business.

You can upgrade your plan at any time from the “Billing” section of the platform by select the plan of your choice.
Conversations on WhatsApp Business API are limited to 24-hour sessions per user. They are further classified into two categories with different pricing for each:
1. User-initiated Conversations (incoming)
2. Business-initiated Conversations (outgoing): Utility, Marketing, Transactional, Authentication.
In case you reach your Monthly Active Users limit, you can continue using the chatbot as per usual but will be charged MAU Overcharges for the excess contacts. MAU Overcharges will be charged at the end of the billing month.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at sales@wyrebots.com. You will continue to receive full access of your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
